DexCook combines traditional cooking methods with modern engineering, transforming the kitchen countertop from a passive surface into an active technology platform. Our systems operate on the principle of "Invisible Induction"—a technology born from a patented integration process that delivers visual simplicity and high performance at the same time.

DexCook systems operate with high-frequency induction coils placed beneath the countertop. When the system is activated:

• Magnetic Field Generation: The coils produce a harmless magnetic field that passes through the ceramic/porcelain surface.
• Direct Heating: This magnetic field interacts with the ferromagnetic particles at the base of the cookware placed on the surface.
• Result: Energy is transferred directly to the body of the pot without heating the surface. The countertop itself is not a heat source; it only warms from the heat reflected back by the cookware. This minimizes energy loss while maximizing cooking speed.

The most critical complement to DexCook technology is the surface it operates on. Unlike ordinary countertop materials, the high-tech porcelain and sintered stone surfaces we use offer:

• Thermal Shock Resistance: Superior durability against sudden temperature changes.
• Mechanical Strength: Resistant to scratches, impacts, and wear. You can cut directly on it or slide hot cookware across it.
• Hygienic Structure: Its non-porous surface prevents bacteria growth, does not absorb liquids, and resists stains.

Safety is always our engineering team’s top priority. DexCook systems are equipped with advanced sensor technologies:

• Pot Detection: The system generates energy only when compatible cookware is placed on the surface. When you place your hand or an incompatible object (phone, keys, etc.) on the surface, the system does not activate—ensuring complete safety.
• Temperature Control: Sensors continuously monitor both surface and internal system temperatures. In case of overheating, the system automatically shuts down to protect both the countertop and the electronics.
• Automatic Shut-Off: If no activity is detected for a certain period, the system switches to standby mode.

While a significant portion of energy in traditional gas stoves is lost to the surrounding air (40–50% efficiency), DexCook induction technology delivers energy directly to the cookware, achieving over 90% efficiency.
