By combining traditional cooking methods with modern engineering, DexCook transforms the kitchen countertop from a passive surface into an active technology platform. The systems we develop operate on the principle of "Invisible Induction"; a technology that is the product of a patented integration process offering both visual simplicity and high performance simultaneously.

DexCook systems operate with high-frequency induction coils placed beneath the countertop. When the system is activated:

• Magnetic Field Generation: The coils produce a harmless magnetic field that passes through the ceramic/porcelain surface.
• Direct Heating: This magnetic field interacts with the ferromagnetic particles at the base of the cookware placed on the countertop.
• Result: Energy is transferred directly to the body of the pot without heating the surface. The countertop itself is not a heat source; it only warms up from the heat reflected back by the cookware. This minimizes energy loss while maximizing cooking speed.

The most important complement to DexCook technology is the surface it operates on. Unlike ordinary countertop materials, the high-tech porcelain and sintered stone surfaces we use possess the following features:

• Thermal Shock Resistance: Demonstrates superior durability against sudden temperature changes.
• Mechanical Strength: Resistant to scratches, impacts, and abrasion. You can cut directly on it or slide hot pots across it.
• Hygienic Structure: Thanks to its non-porous structure, it does not harbor bacteria, does not absorb liquids, and is stain-resistant.

Safety is always our engineering team's priority. DexCook systems are equipped with advanced sensor technologies:

• Pot Detection: The system only generates energy when compatible cookware is placed on the surface. If you place your hand or an incompatible object (phone, keys, etc.) on the surface, the system will not operate, making it completely safe.
• Heat Control: Sensors that constantly monitor surface and internal system temperatures automatically shut down the system in case of overheating, protecting both the countertop and the electronics.
• Automatic Shut-off: The system enters standby mode if no action is taken for a certain period.

While a large portion of energy is dissipated into the environment in traditional gas stoves (40-50% efficiency), DexCook induction technology provides over 90% efficiency by transferring energy directly to the vessel.
